Walking With Jesus!!

It is not easy to walk with Jesus and yet a lot of Christians wanted to walk right with Jesus.. Therefore I really want to blog all my walks so that I can remember all the walks that I have had with Jesus and to rely on Him and allow Him to carry me when I couldn't walk right with Him anymore.

Christlike

It has been pretty long since I last blog. But then I am learning to blog more in future. Two reason why I don't blog. 1st of all, I am lazy. 2nd, I have nothing much to blog about. For one thing la. I am living in a mundane life nowadays. Day in day out doing the same old thing. Want to do out of the box thingy, I am lazy and actually to be honest I am scared.
Anyway today I came across a thought that I shared to my colleague. Well as a Christian, I've come to learn this. It is better to serve than to be served. I don't mean ministry in church but rather in workplace. Well to cut the story short, I advice my colleagues bout working in company by helping others. You may say, I wanna do it my way and care for myself rather than others. Well you are right when you said that. No doubt bout that. In future that's how the world look at it and how our parent thought us, perhaps?
Well remember this story? The story of Cindirella and her step sisters? Well she was first princess in her family's eye before her mom passed away and her dad remarried. Well her stepmom have two sisters but they were jealous of her beauty. So what they do? They forced Cindirella to take care of the household and work like a slave. One day the prince of the country organised a ball to choose for himself a wife. Both the step sister went and left the poor Cindirella at home doing all the house chores. Her Fairy Godmother knows it and prepared Cindirella with a beautiful clothes for the ball. So she went to the ball but must be back before 12am. Well the ball was fabulous but when it was time for the dance, the clock strikes 12. She quickly rushed back home and left her glass slipper at the staircase.
You know the end of the story. The prince found the slipper and make all the ladies in the country wear the slipper. Finally it came to the step sisters' turn and they forced themselves into wearing the slipper but failed. Guess who managed to wear it? Cindirella is the girl. She marries the prince and lived happily ever after.
Okay the moral of the story. A lot of time we are all like the step sisters. We want things all for ourselves and care not for others but ourselves. And we always thought we are the rightful person for ourselves. But guess what? At the end, it was Cindirella who reap all the blessing. She got her step sisters to make her life bad. I believe she got discouraged and always think of why me? Well I am also like that. I mean like Cindirella. I mean why me? Do you know one thing? I believe that Cindirella's family is kinda rich family and they can afford all things. But guess what they do not have? They do not have the prince. But instead the poor Cindirella who was made to be slave in the family who is the next kin after her dad's father (if ever) passed away to all the family property and not the step sisters and their mom. Like Isaac who was the right kin to Abraham's property but were bullied by Ishmael. Guess what is the promise of God to Abraham? Abraham would be the Father of all nation and who received the blessings over that issue? Well it was Isaac and Ishmael. Likewise Cindirella received her blessing even though she was bullied, tortured and abused in life by her step mom and step sisters. She not only (I believe) own the family's property but she too managed to own the whole country when she married the prince.
What I am really want to share here is this. Even though we are in the negative side of life, being bullied in workplace, or always a negative person despite all others received good, even God seems not to be there for us, preserve on. Preserve until something happen. Help others who are in need especially in workplace. After all no one is perfect. Well I do encourage if you need to go ahead and complain all you want, I believe there is no wrong in doing so. In fact it helps us reduce bit by bit our burden and hurts. After all we are all just human. We are not Superman or God. But at the end of the day, let us be Christian and help those who are in need and not let them die alone. I am talking this to encourage myself to strive better in workplace when it comes to human contact especially in workplace. That's what Christian is all about. Be Christ like cause Jesus Christ die for us and give us a new life. That's our salvation. To help others who are in need.. =) Who are worst than us. May God's glory be with us..

You're pretty right!
and a good leader is the one who serves others, not just merely giving command and let others do the work.Jesus is one of the example of living His life serving people...and He never ask for return from ppl he has helped....He has a serving and loving heart ❤
